By purchasing, installing, or using any ignisAero wireless transmission products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our products or services. These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to military personnel, law enforcement agencies, academic institutions, and research organizations.

Our wireless transmission systems are designed for professional use in demanding environments. You agree to use our products only for their intended purposes and in accordance with provided documentation.
You may not use our products for any illegal activities, unauthorized surveillance, interference with licensed communications, or any purpose that violates local, national, or international laws.
As a user of ignisAero products, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable radio frequency regulations, export controls, and local laws in your jurisdiction.
Ensure proper licensing for frequency bands used. Comply with power output limits and interference regulations in your region.
Products may be subject to export control regulations. Verify compliance before international transfer or use.
All intellectual property rights in ignisAero products, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of ignisAero and its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products solely for their intended purpose. This license does not include the right to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works.
ignisAero provides a limited warranty on hardware products for a period specified in your purchase agreement. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ignisAero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
Maximum Liability: In no event shall ignisAero's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
ignisAero respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information you provide. Our products are designed to minimize data collection while maintaining optimal performance.
Any data transmitted through our systems remains under your control. ignisAero does not access, store, or analyze the content of your transmissions unless explicitly authorized for technical support purposes.
These terms remain in effect until terminated. ignisAero may terminate your license to use our products immediately if you breach any provision of these terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of ignisAero products and return or destroy any confidential information in your possession.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
